Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

The product delivered is different from what you ordered

You have raised a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or health products, unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Items purchased during sale or promotional events.

Products with missing original packaging, labels, or invoice.

Personal care and health-related products, unless damaged on arrival.

3. Return Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Email us info@navatha.co.in at or WhatsApp us at 8714150444 within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence of the product.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or provide instructions for self-shipping.

Returned items must be sent in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.

4. Inspection and Approval

After we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.
Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return/refund request.

If approved, we will process your replacement or refund as per your preference.

5. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

The refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to credit the amount.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at 8714150444 with your order ID.

If you cancel before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package is damaged, tampered with, or missing items upon delivery:

Please refuse to accept the shipment or

Take photos/videos of the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@navatha.co.in

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items of the same product.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
